The brief was to transform this small gloomy patio into a contemporary outside living-room. The built-in bench and the raised bed give a sense of depth in the space. Built-in bbq enables this foodie couple to entertain in their new garden. The use natural stone and white painted rendered walls match the newly refurbished house. The planting scheme has a strong evergreen backbone with the addition of colorful herbaceous plants.
